As technology continues to improve we are offered better ways to manage our day to day communications. The traditional conference call between two or more people has been the traditional method of communication for years. Then, several years ago a computer-based online meeting was introduced that allows these same people to communicate through a conference call and desktop sharing. And, while this offered a better approach it still fell short of replacing both the conference call and the face to face meetings that most of us prefer. Today, Jigsaw Meeting has the ability to replace both options for communications.

Our dual video with built in VOIP can easily be used for the traditional conference call. It offers the ability to record your video and audio with instant playback capability. The Jigsaw Meeting solution also offers a group and private note board that allows the call participants to use it for documenting data, issues, minutes, etc. during the call. At the end of the call, this note board can be saved to each participants’ computer through a pdf file. 

 

Individual Customization

Jigsaw provides multiple tools that enhance online meeting communication and interaction. Unlike traditional desktop sharing, Jigsaw Meeting allows active participation by all attendees and still provides control of the meeting by the host and presenters. Jigsaw Meeting has developed the ability to hold and/or attend an online meeting with individual customization to optimize the results for each participant.
