Creating a Personal Profile
In order to use Jigsaw Meeting, you must create a personal profile online at www.jigsawmeeting.com. This profile is associated with your email address and is used to identify you and your location when you participate in meetings.
The following information is required and is stored in your personal profile:
• Email address (which also functions as you Jigsaw Meeting login name)
• Password
• City
• State
• Country
• Timezone
This information is stored securely in encrypted form on the Jigsaw Meeting server.Everyone who uses Jigsaw Meeting to edit, create, or attend meetings must have an online personal profile. Therefore, if you are a Jigsaw Meeting Host, Attendee, or Presenter, you are required to create a personal profile in order to attend meetings. The Edit Profile button is available to you on your Scheduled Meetings page whenever you log in to Jigsaw Meeting.
If you have purchased Jigsaw Meeting or have set up a 30-day trial, then you are required to set up a company account that includes company information and licensing information in addition to your personal profile information. You are the Jigsaw Meeting administrator for your company, and you have the ability to set up payment, purchase additional licenses, and assign hosts. Both the Edit Profile and Manage Company buttons are available to you on your Scheduled Meetings page whenever you log in to Jigsaw Meeting.
NOTE: If you are the Jigsaw Meeting administrator for your organization and you have not been assigned as a host, then you will not have the Create Meeting option available to you upon logging in to Jigsaw Meeting.There are two ways to access the online personal profile creation tool:
If you have been invited to a Jigsaw Meeting and have received either a Jigsaw Meeting Presenter Announcement or a Jigsaw Meeting Invitation by the meeting host, click the first- time users Set up profile link that is provided in the email notification.
If you are trying out Jigsaw Meeting on an evaluation basis, set up a free 30-day Jigsaw Meeting trial using the registration page at https://stream.jigsawmeeting.com/Register/Default.aspx.
Then do the following:
1. On the Account Information tab, in the Otherwise, Please Create Your Account area, input text or use the drop-down list arrow to make appropriate selections all required (*) fields.
2. Click Save and Continue. The Company Information tab is displayed.
3. Input text or use the drop-down list arrow to make appropriate selections all required (*) fields.
4. Click Save and Continue. The License Selection tab is displayed.
5. Skip the first two fields. For Select Billing Cycle, click the drop-down arrow and choose 30-day Trial. The host and attendee fields are automatically populated with the correct numbers.
6. Click Proceed. The Your Company Licenses page is displayed.
7. If you are not a designated meeting host for your organization, click the Home button to exit the profile setup.
Alternatively, if you are a designated meeting host for your organization, click the plus (“+”) symbol to expand the Licenses list for your organization, then click the Assign link, type the host’s email address, and click Submit. Click the Home button to exit the profile setup.
Your personal profile is now set up. To sign in to Jigsaw Meeting at any time, go to http://www.jigsawmeeting.com and click the Join a Meeting button at the top of the page.If you need to change your location or other personal information in your Jigsaw Meeting profile, you must log in to Jigsaw Meeting at https://stream.jigsawmeeting.com/Signin.aspx.
To log in, click the link https://stream.jigsawmeeting.com/Signin.aspx, or navigate to the Jigsaw Meeting home page at http://www.jigsawmeeting.com and click one of the following buttons:
• Host a Meeting
• Join a Meeting
Then, click the Edit Profile button to access your profile. Make changes, typing in your password into both password fields, and click Save.
