Jigsaw Meeting, LLC is a privately owned company based just north of Atlanta, Georgia and owned by a group of executives from private and public companies. Each individual owner has faced the challenges of balancing personal and business life because of the amount of time spent on the road visiting customers, prospects and attending corporate meetings.

Each of us has flown millions of miles throughout the course of our careers.  We believe that travel can be reduced by about 30% to 40% by using Jigsaw Meeting’s interactive meeting tools. The critical component to a successful virtual meeting is the opportunity to conduct business as though you were there. This means having the tools at your fingertips, ensuring that everyone is able to review, manipulate and question the information being presented and that communication with any one individual, or a group of participants, can be immediate, private and effective.

Why Did We Develop Jigsaw Meeting

While there are options for connecting with customers, prospects and fellow employees besides the face-to-face meeting, the fact that other means of communications fall short of the face-to-face connection continues to force companies to use physical travel as the primary means for meetings, training, educational and strategy sessions. This is driven by the inability of current computer-based web conferencing systems to give the same personal interaction through seeing the participating parties, recognizing that their body language does not match their verbal communications, that multiple participants cannot independently review and manipulate the data being presented, that communication between parties is limited, that the tools for collaboration and strategy sessions aren't available and the loss of the critical personal touch of interaction between all parties just to name a few.

While we believe wholeheartedly in our company and our products, we also believe that there is intrinsic value in face to face meetings that are important for businesses. That's why our focus is to reduce travel and not replace it. We believe traveling can be re-assessed and identified for those very important times when nothing else will do.
