Optimize Your Experience

Jigsaw Meeting is a fully web enable application which means you do not have to download an executable file such as ActiveX®.  To optimize your experience with Jigsaw Meeting we recommend you have the minimum requirements as listed below.   Please note that our application utilizes the same software that most organizations already have loaded on their computers/systems.

First Time Users

If you are a first time user of Jigsaw Meeting, our application will check your system and identify if there is anything needed to optimize your experience.   It will also give the links to download any software needed such as Adobe® Flash® Player 10.  You choose if you want to perform this download.  If you choose not to download what our application requests please be aware that it can impact the quality of your graphics, manipulation of information among other things.

	Web Browser – Internet Explorer® 7.0 or greater, Firefox®, Opera®, Safari®
	Webcam – if you want to do video chats, be a viewed presenter or meet virtually face-to- face with customers, prospects and/or team members.
	Headphones – should be USB for best noise cancellation and audio quality (VOIP).  iPod® headphones can be used but they limit your ability to speak during the meeting as they don't have a microphone.  Any headphone must be able to plug directly into your computer.
	Broadband Connection – the faster the speed on your system, the better the independent manipulation and extraction of the data you will review
	Flash® player – Adobe® Flash® Player 10 is required to enter the meeting.  Jigsaw Meeting will check your system and if it does not find Adobe® Flash® Player 10, it will provide a link that will take you directly to the download site.  If you choose not to download this software, you will not be able to enter the meeting.
